徐慧颖,副教授,英国威廉希尔官网博士生导师。2010年6月毕业于河南师范大学生命科学学院,获理学学士。2016年6月毕业于复旦大学化学系,获理学博士学位。随后进入英国威廉希尔官网从事师资博士后研究工作,合作导师叶邦策教授。2018年11月留校任教,先后主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、上海市自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等国家或省部级项目,2024年入选williamhill官网青年英才培育计划(A类)。在Analytical Chemistry,Biosensors and Bioelectronics,Chemical Communications等本领域权威期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。
主要研究方向:
(1) 微纳生物传感与疾病诊断
致力于开发基于微流控芯片技术的生物传感系统,实现临床样本中痕量疾病标志物(外泌体、蛋白质等)的高效分离与高灵敏检测,为疾病筛查与预后监测提供潜在工具。
(2) 仿生纳米递送与肿瘤治疗
专注于构建新型仿生纳米药物递送系统。通过基于外泌体的膜工程与生物合成技术,设计兼具靶向性和治疗功能的智能载体,为发展个性化的肿瘤基因治疗与免疫疗法提供新方案。
